Put "ART INQUIRY" in the subject line. Then outline the specifics of your proposed project:
Do you want a painting, a mural or a portrait ?
What genre do you envision (fantasy, mytholigical, spiritual, surrealism, other) ?
What size range are you thinking of ?
Any other specifics of your image idea (not required) ?
We are able to do only a small number of painting commissions per year.
You can reserve the next available spot in the Phoenix & Arabeth art production queue, by sending a deposit now. This will begin the development phase of the commission, to clarify your desires and needs and the details of how long the image completion process is likely to take. We will be in touch with you by email within 48 hours.
Put "GRAPHIC INQUIRY" in the subject line. Then outline the specifics of your project needs, including your timeline and the media formats you require for it (print, general web, social media, etc). (We are very rarely able to fulfill rush orders, but ask anyway. If we especially like your rush project we might find a way to make space for it.)
When we agree on a cost and timing estimate for your project, a 40% deposit will be required to begin the production process.
Put "LICENSING" in the subject line.
Please include all possible relevant specifics: what piece(s) your want to license, for what purpose/application, what the print run will be, what your distribution geographics and numbers will be, etc.
To prove you are not a robot or AI machine, we won't ask you to squint at a bunch of tiny blurry photos to try to identify road signs, bridges, snow plows, bicycles, trucks, trains, polar bears or bikinis (and then make you do it a second and third time if your selections aren't perfect).
NO !
But you will have to actually read our gmail address in the above image and type it correctly into your email to contact us for any reason.
We are not able to offer phone support or ordering, at this time. (We are fully engaged working on paintings, and training cantankerous fleas for the circus. Additionally our AI Robot is on strike demanding higher amperage and more bandwidth. Good luck on that, Tin Man.
